Which organisations can I notify of my new address?

There are thousands of organisations you can notify on the Moveinout platform. Not only do we notify national service providers, but we also notify local service providers such as doctors, opticians, dentists and more!

I have already moved, can I still use the Moveinout service?

You can use the Moveinout service even if you have moved already, just let us know the date you moved, and we'll get everything sorted.

Im not moving for a few weeks, should I use the Moveinout service now?

We would recommend notifying all organisations 3-4 weeks before your move date.

What information do I need to change my address?

To notify a change of address, you will need:

- Your name and contact information
- Your old and new address
- The date of your move

Some organisations may require additional information, such as an account number. This will allow them to promptly find your details and update their records.

What happens if I cannot find a specific supplier?

You can easily find and request a service provider on the Moveinout platform, after we have received your request, you will get an email saying the supplier has been found and added. You can then notify them from your personalised dashboard.

What happens after I use the Moveinout service?

We will proceed to notify your service providers of your new address. If you have notified any financial organisations, we will send you a prepopulated letter for you to sign and send in a prepaid envelope. This is for security reasons.

Will I receive confirmation of my change of address?

Most service providers send confirmation of your address change, but it depends on their internal policy. We recommend getting in touch with them directly if you haven't received anything within 10 days.
