  2. You'll be able to select the organisations you’d like to notify of your change of address. Lloyds Banks will be one of the options, but you can also choose from a range of other organisations, including government service providers, other banks, and breakdown cover.
  3. Once you've selected the organisations to notify, you can submit your change of address request, and we’ll pass your request to each service provider.

Update your address with Lloyds Bank online

  1. Log on to your Lloyds bank app.
  2. Select the Profile and Settings icon on the top right corner.
  3. Select Edit next to your address and enter your new postcode
  4. Select your address from the list
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and you will be required to enter your password to confirm your identity
  6. Your address should be updated and will be reflected on your account next time you log on.

Update your address with Lloyds Bank by phone

You can update your address by phone by calling Lloyds Bank on 0345 300 0000. They are open 8 am – 8 pm, 7 days a week and closed on Bank Holidays. If you are calling from overseas, you can call Lloyds Bank on +44 1733 347 007.

Update your address with Lloyds Bank in branch

If you prefer to update your address in person, you can visit your local branch. You can find your local Lloyds Bank branch here, you will need to provide identification as well as proof of your new address (Such as a rental agreement or utility bill).
