TSB Change of Address

On the move? Moving to a new place comes with an endless list of things to do and notifying a change of address with all your service providers comes top of that list in terms of importance. Notifying a change of address can seem like endless online forms and phone calls but it doesn’t have to be that way. In this guide, we'll explore the different options for updating your address with TSB, making this important step in your move a bit smoother.

This guide will cover the following:

Updating your details with TSB using the Moveinout service

  1. To get started, simply enter your details and the addresses you're moving from and to.
  2. You'll be able to select the organisations you’d like to notify of your change of address. TSB will be one of the options, but you can also choose from a range of other organisations, including government service providers, charities, and breakdown cover.
  3. Once you've selected the organisations to notify, you can submit your change of address request, and we’ll pass your request to each service provider.

Update your address with TSB in branch

If you prefer to change your address in person, you can visit your local branch. You can find a TSB branch here, you will need to bring some ID, ideally your TSB debit card and PIN. Alternatively, you can bring your passport or driving license.

Why it’s important to update your address with TSB

It’s important to update your address with TSB to ensure that important post, debit and credit cards are all sent to the correct address. Making sure your address is up-to-date protects you from previous occupier fraud. Previous occupier fraud is when someone moves out and the new occupants obtain the former occupier's personal details to apply for credit cards or loans.
